Analysis of Thermal Energy Performance and Comfort Conditions of Flat Houses in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN)

The project aims to assess the energy performance of a building by conducting baseline and proposed design simulations in accordance with SNI and ASHRAE standards, evaluating cooling load and mechanical ventilation performance, and analyzing the contribution of rooftop photovoltaic systems toward annual energy consumption reduction and energy supply at the tower level.
